Have a site I'm interested in selling. Still about a week to go on my flippa auction, but so far there hasn't been the interest I hoped there would be. In the event the flippa auction doesn't meet my reserve I'm interested in using a broker.
So does anyone have a reputable broker they could recommend? Also, what sort of fee should I expect to pay? I'm assuming fees will be a percentage of the sale as opposed to a flat rate.
