I have over 500 twitter accounts some over a year old others new. These days when I run them on followliker using proxies(5 accounts per proxies) and 50 account per instance and default settings I end up getting all of them suspended. I don't think its got to do with the proxies rather I think its my settings. Maybe they are too aggressive. So what I'm asking is if the default settings are too aggressive, what settings should I use?

The next thing i.m going to say is gonna change ur life: "Search on youtube followliker twitter u lazy f*ck"

It seems like the default settings should be OK for aged accounts. The follow/unfollow numbers are probably too high for new accounts, though. Are you running old and new accounts mixed on the same proxy sometimes? Maybe the new accounts are getting in trouble and the footprint is leading Twitter to ban the old accounts along with them.

I use FL in conjunction with this guide:

Try increasing the delay between each action (follow delay, unfollow delay, etc).

If I remember correctly the default is like 10-20 or something like that, but I like to keep mine at around 30-70.

Could be too many accounts per proxy at once. Start with 1-2 accts per proxy, then slowly add in more. Might help. Also, are any of the accounts phone verified? Non pva accounts, especially new, lock super easy. Even easier if they are accounts you bought, made on an IP different than the one you are trying to use them on.

Is the number of tweets sent (500 per day and account) also a reason to get banned?

Most likely, with that volume of tweets, the major problem would be that your followers start reporting your tweets as spam. THAT will get you suspended in a hurry.
