Hi, i have a page with pr3, but i want be the first in google results for some keywords ("recarga movil" and "recargar movil") in geo spain.
What changes is should do in page www.turecarga.c0m/inicio.html for be the first in serp?

I read that is good put keywords in subdomains and directories and do unique pages for each keyword, but i don't know what put in special in this unique pages

I read many about get backlinks, but i'm better on my bizz, not on seo, and i don't find any person that can do it for me.
Do you know somebody?

you seem to be new to this whole web mastering thing.You got to learn more about this.Anyway,here is what you need to do :
get comment kahuna
get some web2.0 links
now start building links to the money page.

This is qute good advice, you need to spend time learning and testing by yourself, but allways you ahve an option to pay some SEO's to do the work for you, but with the outsoucing you also must know what you want and how things are need to be done, so you need to read and learn more.
