I am looking for a plugin or a theme which allows link exchange automatically and checks for Reciprocal link.

This is for 2 sites

1 Simple Directory / LinkFarm

2 Niche Site .

I know of one but its blackhat and confuses the refer into
thinking its link is on the page when its really not. PM Ill shoot it over.

Horrible idea. Reciprocal links are so 1998. G actively looks for link schemes, even 3-way link networks are dangerous. You will get slapped.
