RecipesChat.com What to do?

Currently own this domain, just sitting on my namecheap not being used.
I think it's a great little domain so i was wondering what i should do with it?
Could either attempt to develop some sort of site, only draw back is i don't really have any experience when it comes to websites but i'm positive i could set something up.
Not to mention id learn a things along the way.

So keep and develop or Sell on?

I dont think you can sell the domain only. you need to develop it before flippin it.

Develop it, make it worth something $$$. Make it a "go 2" site. Get it out there so it is recognized & wanted by someone who needs it.
In the meantime have it posted for sale. Priced according to how much & soon you need $$$. If you don't need $$$ soon, than price it high & ride it out.

Starting to realise that domain names unless super original are not worth a penny alone, it's whats on them that decides the price
Going to find some hosting and see what i can do with it.
