recieving payment from google play ?

how can I receive payments from Google Play as a developer ? should I have an Adsense account or can I link my bank account after the signup ? or is there any other payment options ?

the issue is they already banned my Adsense account . is it ok to use the same email address to sign up for Google Play ? or should I signup under new email ?

I don't think a banned Adsense account got anything to do with Google Checkout. If you've been a bad publisher doesn't automatically mean you're also a bad merchant.
But I personally would use another email, I switched out everything when my account got banned, to not have that mark on the ID.
