Recent local website launch stats - advice?

I recently launched a new site locally to me, a classifieds ads website as there are not many alternatives (or at least used locally) and our only competitor is incredibly poor.
The stats Google Analytics is currently showing is attached.

We launched last week, is this good statistics or is there anything we could improve on specifically?
This is with no ad revenue spent - only marketing through free marketing, press release and social media which is also growing rapidly.

I am also unsure how to determine whether we are being found by Google? As no referrals are coming from there currently.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

By this chart i can see your website will be successful . A lot of people is not just visitors. They also come back to check for news and that is the best part.
