Hello,
I've got an online business to sell digital stuff, i.e facebook accounts and more.
My main PayPal has been limited recently because terms are against selling social media accounts.
Do you have any suggestions how can I accept this money ?

Try to expand your payment methods such as cryptocurrencies (anything Coinbase accepts, gift cards, Skrill, 2CheckOut, Stripe)
and check other alternatives over google. Most of the people who use Paypal just use CC through Paypal so they can use their CC at different places.
 
Ask your customer send payment to your account instead of linking it to your website. and tell your customer not write any "Note"
 
Yeah, I think PayPal is the best option. Register a new one or use someone else's account.
