well, yea, because you probably dont have a webcam "built-in" to your desktop where as nearly every laptop made in the last 10 years has one.because watching porn on a desktop computer would change anything ? haha
I wouldnt reply, because its obviously some bullshit, but if it were legit, i would absolutely reply "yes" and wait for the phone calls to roll in.
