Received permanent sensitive flag on Twitter

So about a year ago my account with 300k followers received a permanent sensitive flag, means every post is behind a NSFW warning and nothing can appear on the for you page anymore. After that happened I obviously created a new account and brought that back up to 30k, but then after a while an image got a sensitive flag and my second account got immediately put behind a permanent sensitive flag…usually you only receive a soft shadowban that disappears after few days. So now after my maybe 5th account got a permanent sensitive flag, I am pretty sure they check IP and linked accounts and use harsher methods to flag my accounts. Yes I know it took me long to realize that lol

So now my question is, if I go on to a new device and use a VPN (on the same wifi). Is it safe from being linked to my other accounts? Or are they able to link them anyway? What else do I need to consider?

And can I retweet with my 300k account? Because I guess al these mechanisms of linking accounts is automatic and there arent real people checking if the accounts are linked somehow, right?

What sort of images do you post to get flagged as sensitive? Any examples?

I know a lot of accounts that posts borderline porn and they don't receive a permanent flag. I don't think they're flagging you because of past accounts but rather the image you post is the problem.

On Twitter, their automated sensitive check is always done within first 60 seconds of you posting an image. If your image is not flagged within 60 seconds, it wont get flagged. But, if your post does well and it hits the For You page, "normie" accounts will start reporting your image as containing sensitive content. This is where X will step in and manually flag your image or an account.

I had a lot of cases where my post would do well, get 2M+ impressions within 12 hours and then X would flag it manually and tank the reach.

I post borderline NSFW, sexy poses in underwear basically. No buttocks, no nipples no genitals.
But why do my accounts get any immidiant account flag?
In the rules it clearly says „when not flagging correctly repeatedly we may föag your account“
But i had several accounts get a perm account flag after the first image being reported as nsfw. No prior shadowbans, no prior media being marked as sensitive, no proor media getting removed from for you page
 
More or less after multiple accounts getting flagged, it's highly likely that you start getting flagged on a device and IP level, or just through shared metadata so flagged by association. A clean device or decent anti-detect browser would do wonders for that, on top of a residential or mobile proxy. VPNs, premium or not, won't cut it for you (feel free to try though or ask around if anyone would vouch for it if you are so inclined).
For multiple accounts, avoid retweeting or even interacting between the clean and flagged acc. Mind your IPs and login behaviour and make sure there's no overlap between accounts. I'm probably missing some things to keep track of but that's it for most parts.
As for your 300k flagged account, you could still retweet from it, just don't link it to any of the clean accounts. Avoid any kind of interaction with it, basically. Might trip up the system, which isn't known to be lenient with these things.

Thank you very much, this helps a lot.
I will try to figure put how to setup proxy and all that. I thought using something like Proton VPN and a clean device would be enough…

Glad it helped.
Don't get me wrong VPNs have their uses, as long as those uses are for casually browsing geo-restricted content. Not much use for most monetisation related activities, reliable account creation, botting, stuff you'd need real residential IPs for.

Ok, so I made a new account on a private browser with fingerprint, proxy, basically everything to hide who I am. On the next day I was unable to log in...an error was displayed that said I should deactivate any privacy extensions to log in.

From what I know, an error like that usually means your browser fingerprint looked too suspicious, like you're using too many anti-fingerprinting or privacy tools maybe? That or your info leaked somewhere (check on pixelscan.net or similar tools you prefer and trust to do basic tests on your connections, btw).
Go with a more natural setup and use high quality residential or mobile proxies instead in case you're not using those already.
Twitter's systems need to "see" enough consistent data to trust the login so navigate around that.
