Received less BTC than expected

Hello guys, so I bought BTC on Trust using my Binance BTC spot wallet and received significantly less amount than I expected.
My mistake was that I missclicked when transferring and didn't pay attention to the % of transfer.
How can I check the % if it's even possible?
I want to figure out why I received that less amount of BTC.

Probably fees that depends on network congestion.

I transferred 250$ last week on BTC and only received 235+. It was so painful.
There are stable coins like Eth don't charge as much.
