I think you will struggle to find this. Most banks will want you in person. There's too much risk and issues with money laundering for cheques to be accepted online from random people.
I am fairly sure Payoneer does not accept cheques.

Then you need a Physical Bank Account over there , till now whether you were using Payment Gateways on rent .

go to e check merchant and they will clear that out in Delhi you will find many who will provide you cash same day
