Receive notification when OP posts progress update in My Journey sub-forum

I know you can "watch" the thread and receive notifications. I'm just talking about receiving a notification when OP posts updates and not when other members reply or OP's replies to other members questions.

You can follow the specific member and use your news feed to keep up with any updates they have about their journey. https://www.blackhatworld.com/whats-new/news-feed

Unfortunately, we're not planning on changing the watch functionality at this time, so that's the only method I can think of.
