Reccommended tools for success on a budget

I will start by saying I am new here and this will be my first post. I've been lurking around the last week or so just kind of researching and educating myself in the different methods and techniques shared throughout the forum. I must say, I am fairly impressed with alot of the discussions here. I am not new to internet marketing, but black hat methods I am realizing are much more complex and in depth than I had previously thought. With that being said, I am looking for some member guidance in terms of recommending to me your go to tools. I know there are so many out there, and I can research them all within the forums, which I have done, I am more or less looking for a so called "package" of tools you use together in order to implement many of the techniques discussed around here. It seems to me that many of the great tools out there cost money, and I am on a start up budget for this venture of about $500 plus or minus $100. Now, I know that is not much money, but it also sounds to me like it should be plenty for me to get started. With my budget in mind, I would greatly appreciate some of the tools/programs/services you use together.I know this is a bit of a open ended question, and it depends alot on what specific methods I choose to do, so to make it easy and to the point, I would appreciate responses to my request to simply be a list of the programs/services you would purchase with $500-$600 budget based on some of your experience in the black hat world, and if you would like, maybe a brief description of why.Thanks guys, I appreciate any insight you can give me!

If I were you I would consider exactly what I am trying to do first start out with a blueprint or a outline of some sort. If you wanted a cheap package you could tryout something like SEONUKE which incorporates a number of features which SEO Gurus use. What you must keep into consideration is most seo software does the same thing the trick is does the software trigger google to think your efforts are non human? Try to keep this in mind when selecting a software and a budget.

or Magic Submitter. It does the same thing as senuke does but less than half the price.

UltimateDemon is similar again but doesn't have the recurring costs associated with it. If you opt for non-recurring though that will be most of your $500 gone, otherwise $50 a month

GSA Search Engine Ranker is only $89. Then get Captcha Sniper. If you want content get one of the automated content tools like AutoContentWriter. All of these are one off fees.

many people seem to like GSA but I really couldn't understand what it does as it is very different from the other tools. Does it auto comment on blogs ?

Thank you everyone for you replies, I appreciate the help. I do think getting started with some one time fees will be helpful as opposed to monthly fees...at least for getting started, so I will start there.

Traffic Travis (free version)- To get a basic idea of what you are up against.
Proxies (around a dollar per)
GSA SER- Just got it a few days ago and have been impressed so far ($89)
Captcha Sniper - Cause paying per captcha sucks ($77 I think).
Ultimate Demon - I would go for the monthly at first just to try it out, you can accomplish a lot of the same tasks with GSA ($47)
Lots of options for content creation/spinning from buying pre-spun articles on fiverr to auto content creation (prices also vary but none are extremely expensive $50)

$263 total.

Keep in mind you will most likely need a domain/hosting if you don't have it already - hostgator is cheap and effective.
Templates/themes whatever that can usually be found here - free
Design if needed - ?
Aweber or any other auto responder if you plan on building a list (free to like $20 a month).
