I am currently building a money site on an expired domain. I redirected old and weak pages to the homepage but plan on recreating the strong old pages with the most links.
For the moment I just copied the text from the old website (archive.org) to recreate those sites. I don't link to them anywhere on my website, but they exist, which should be enough. However lately I got some strange traffic using the site search to find those pages. I am a bit paranoid about copyright issues etc. how worried should I be? Long term I plan on getting those pages rewritten, but ideally at a later stage and not all at once. Should I do it right now?
