Rebuidling Expired Domain Site Question

Im rebuilding a expired domain. Besides rebuilding the site to the old state, usign a fresh gmail for search console, try to build old backlinks, is there anything else?

ideally you want to recover and use the same whois data if possible, same contact information /social pages, etc...
other than that everyhing is up to elimnating footprints, don't mess up with the hosting, content, on-page, etc...
