Rebrand Youtube Channel

I need an advice.
I have an Youtube Channel. It is from 2015, more than 3.5 real, organic subscribers, almost 800k views from 34 videos about quotes.
I made the channel for making money form YT ads. And for a short time brought me a decent amount of money. But YT changed their politics and now my channel is not accepted.
So I want to change the niche of the channel. What is your advice?
I'm not a native english speaker.

A have experience in:
- Programming (mostly C++, html, highschool level)
- Editing videos

So my ideas were:
- Some reviews for affiliate marketing
- Robotic tutorials (with affiliate links) (Arduino projects, toys recommandations for kids, aso)
- Office tutorials (Excel, Acces, Powerpoint, Word)
- Programming tutorials (C++, C#, Mobile apps)

So, what would you advice me?
I don't know if one of this are good, since the subscribers came for quotes.

Find a niche you could contribute to. I'd suggest you to get into something more entertaining rather than coding tutorials.

Ok. But since the subscribers are there for video about quotes, I suppose that they are looking for quality content video.
Is not a problem that I will lose many of them?
At least I should provide something interesting for them. But also profitable for me.
