Rebel.com (or other Offshore Registrars!)

Hey,

I was looking for an offshore Registrar to avoid monthly DMCA's from an Anime Licensing company (FUNimation ((sucks))) - and I heard rebel.com is good for hosting domains on, as they're situated in Canada, and don't have to apply to DMCA's? Has anyone used them? What're your thoughts on them?

If not Rebel.com - can anyone tell me of a good Offshore Registrar to host my domains at? I need to move them ASAP. Thanks!
