I know it's rare but some people do get banned by amazon so I just wanted to put a thread up with the most likely reasons that people get banned.
1) Not having the affiliate disclosure
2) Incorrect prices for products
3) Putting their amazon link on sites other than their own (i.e. promoting on social media)
4) Using URL shorteners
