Reasons for facebook to ban you...

If I had a huge fanpage, and I send out a message telling people to fill out surveys (though it fits in completely naturally with the type of fan page i have), will facebook ban me after a period of time?

Sending offers down the wall always puts you at risk of getting your pub rights removed.
However you can get away with a few times.
I would recommend sending down site name and re-direct them to your offer.
 
facebook is becoming myspace. they are really cracking down and banning everything in sight that even remotely resembles spam.

I believe he means to post a relevant clean-looking website that will redirect them to your offer rather than posting directly to your offer which would more than likely garner the quickest ban from FB.
 
If facebook bans my fanpage, will they also ban the account that made it?
 
I have the same question.. will they remove other fanpages or the whole account if only one fanpage gets banned?

Depends... I would recommend only having a few pages per account, five at most, and having each account on a separate proxy.
