I haven't bought any in the last 6 years but I would just spend some time and read through all of their threads to find a service that looks reliable.

You should learn keyword research yourself as well because it's such an important part of seo.

Most experienced SEOs will always charge more than $100 per hour. So, you won't be getting your job done for $10-$20.
