I'm writing a business plan at the moment, and I'm wondering what a reasonable estimate would be for a website to earn per page view. The idea is to use Google Adsense as one income stream, and I'd like to ensure my financial information is as accurate as possible.

On the same subject, is Google Adsense still the best way to advertise your website, or are there other advertising networks that perform better?

You need to check your target audience to see how many €/1000 visitor they pay, and also the CPC.

But I would not really calculate this, write for 3 months and lets see if you get good traffic.

I would agree with razharov, you need to find your target audience first. CPC will always be a wide range varying from different users/websites/services.

Curious what your website will be. If it can bring in a wide range of traffic I'm sure the CPC overall would not matter as regardless you would be making decent income.
