1. You don't use scrapers
Nowadays, IG is heavily restricting its API, and if your account does scraping actions - you're putting it a risk. That's why we use scrapers. In short, scrapers are bulk accounts that we don't care about that do the job for the account, so the main account won't be at risk.
Jarvee recommend 3 scrapers to 1 main account. However I use 5 scrapers per main account.

2. You still use the API
The API can work for some, but for most and especially for beginners I recommend to use the EB (AKA the embedded browser).
When editing the account, go to advanced profile settings, and click on "Use EB only".
The API requires a lot of experience and may result in a bunch of CAPTCHAs and EVs. The EB is a much better option for beginners.
3. Your warm-up is invalid
Many people start warming up by 5 follows & 5 unfollows, but that's not normal human behaviour.
Think like a human. After you start an account, what do you do? You look at the explore page, like some random posts, maybe view some random stories etc. Don't start following/unfollowing instantly, try to replicate human
behaviour instead. Also, make sure that follow & unfollow aren't the only tools that are active in your account. Make sure to also like random posts, story view random profile etc. In short try to replicate human behaviour as much as possible.
4. Your settings are too aggressive
Nowadays, the maximum limits are 200 follows a day. You can't start a brand new account and instantly start following after 30 people. I always start with 5-10 & I gradually increase very slowly.
5. Your proxies are sh*t.
Datacenter proxies don't work anymore. Residential proxies aren't good because they're mostly shared. Always use 4G proxies. They're expensive but they're the only option atm. You can't use datacenter proxies anymore, this is a one-way ticket to a ban.
