PPI? If it's pay per install I am not sure you can bind a .exe to a mov file but you could bind it to an extractor and they'd have to run that to get the movie.

Not that I'm aware yet. The best thing I know is to prompt for codec download which is off course the payload or password protect it and redirect to a site to download the password which is the payload. Also, you could ask at the pay per install link on the left.
