Really need some advice on this

So i bought a expired domain and it doesnt seems to have any problem beside being de index, now i want to move everything i had in my old domain to it without creating a cluster fck of problems or being accused by google of copying my own content lol, should i copy paste the articles and then delete them from the original page? Or what else can i do thanks
