Really need some advice on setting up tik tok

1.When setting up tik tok accounts to target America what's a good proxy too use because my mobile proxy didnt even let me create an account

2.Also do you always need your mobile proxy on when running tik tok to stay in the amrican region and to avoid tik tok shadow banning

3.Mobile proxies are expensive so after I've made the account I don't want to be constantly using them
