Really Need Scrapebox help...

There is so much info on this forum for scrapebox, I was unable to find my answer with the search function. I am hoping someone can help me.

My main computer died and now I am using scrapebox on my laptop. Whenever I run a Proxie check it disconnects my computer from the internet. I have to reset my router and modem every time I try it. It seems that the computer disconnects when I try to test proxies. I can't get any of the proxies to test as good, but I think its because my computers not even connected to the net.

I run Windows Vista.

Lower the amount of connections you are using to test proxies, and try it again.

I had to go all the way down to 1 connection. That is rediculous... I don't have a rediculous internet speed, but it's faster than that. It's the same connection as my other computer and I was able to run it at 20. I even tried hardwiring the internet to the laptop last night, and still had to run it at 1. Is there any way around this?

Did you apply the half open connections patch?

the tcpz program should help you adjust your windows connection settings

avoid wlan, it might get instable if you use it too much. and check if the anti virus software is causing trouble (all new av's have a network scanner that can screw up). and check for new lan drivers.

not sure, i run it on my laptop, in vmware with xp. check it out sometime. besides, scrapebox doesn't like vista or win 7

reformat your computer. scrapebox deserves a fresh start
