Really Need Help To Get Back To Facebook Advertising

My Situation Is That My Ads Account Got Banned And Now I Ask My Friend For Letting Me Claim Their Account. He's Account Is Aged And Has Used For A Long Time.

My question is :

1.) Will they banned my friend's account if I claim it using the same ads manager which has 2 banned account inside?

2.) What should I do as people said that facebook will ban the account if the credit card name is not corresponding

3.)If I want to open a new account and a new business manager to claim it, is it safe to do that?

Really need some help as I really want to get back to the facebook game.

1. There won't be any issue. I have done this multiple times without any issue. Don't claim the account. I suggest you to add yourself as admin of the ads account.

2. Name also won't have effect account. Make sure card was not used previously on Facebook.

3. Yeah, you won't face any issue. But try to run some dummy ads before you start claiming or changing ownership of account.

Do I need to get a new credit card? Claim that it was lost and get the new one with a new credit number is OK? Thanks!
