I can't send pms. I get a message saying I need 15 posts. I have 18+ posts. Does it mean posts or threads that I have to create myself?

Stop posting pointless crap, posting in the lounge doesn't increase your post count, you post pointless crap in any other section and mods will delete them, so its pointless trying.

You need to make quality 15 posts, also there are parts of the forum where posting does not count.
Also why are you in a hurry to send PM's, are you trying to spam?

no I need a freelancer, quite a few have responded for the gig but I can't communicate with them.
