Really need help. Does anyone know how I can scrape users?

I've decided to try manual at least for my main account. Is there a tool that let's you scrape a list of users (based on who they follow and comment on, number of posts, following ratio etc) so you can manually follow them.

The Imristo instagram scraper can do this no problem. (Just gotta google it)

Just need a couple dummy accounts and some proxies and you can scrape whatever info you'd like

I use this scraper and it works great for doing manual actions.
