Hi,

I'm working on a project, and I came across an interesting case.

What is it... Website b e l s t o n e c a p i t a l . c_o_m is high on the first page of Google for a keyword "Capital Raising".

The question is why?

The only good things I see is the age of the domain (3 years - which is not that good) and 2-3 good links from the newspaper site.

The site has almost no backlinks. Also, DA and PA are relatively small.

It has page rank 5, but the software shows me that it is a fake PR.

He gets redirection from p o l i f i n a n c e . c_o_m with 302 code. That site has some good links. But as far as I know 302 redirect code do not give link juice.

So, again...Why is he so high in SERP?

For me this is a really interesting case.

Take care,
M.

302 and any other redirection pass the link juice just fine.
capital raising has 1k exact match searches a month... almost no competiition at all

Would someone be willing to tell me what software tells you this is fake page rank, and how you find that the rank is the result of redirection from the other site, and lastly, how you know it is a 302 redirect?

Interesting question.

I thought i`ll have a look at the site myself.

But then i started wondering what`s wrong with your spacing...

...and forgot about it.

Scrapebox PR checker? Also several free websites can check this for you. Hit up Google.

Probably checking the link stuff on ahrefs.

I have to do with spaces, because forums rules about urls...I have a little number of posts :p

I know for 301 that pass link juice..I am not so sure for 302.
