I have really high quality email submit traffic, and I'm looking for affiliates or network managers who can get me good payouts on email submits. I can also work with 2nd page email submit offers.

Hey, just asking, what's the source of the traffic?
 
You could also not sell the leads but use them for youself - get emails from users and start marketing e.g. clickbank products via email.
 
I'll consider joining peerfly.

I'm looking for freebie email submits.... this is serious traffic, so anyone SERIOUS should hit me up. Like I said, affiliates who have special agreements and network owners are the only ones who need to bother contacting me. I don't care if you have a cpa account, I do too! no I'm not going to split it 60/40 with any old joe schmoe... so don't even bother messaging me if you're not a serious affiliate or network owner whose got access to the hook up on email/zip submit offers
