I thought you were talking about actual 'fashion design' since you'll have upfront costs for materials and manufacturing. Since this is print designs, you can use Zazzle or a local print shop.

I actually have been looking for someone to team up with since I run a small twitter account (20k followers) and this is exactly the kind of thing I want to do. If you figure out a way to produce these clothes or have them ready to be made based on demand, I'd love to team up with you since I could direct my traffic towards your company.

Speaking from experience, other than 'trending event merchandise', T-Shirts are the shittiest business to get into. If you're someone like Cyanide & Happiness with original art and a massive audience, things will work out better.

You can show your design to some world-renowned brands for middle class. Maybe you will raise some investments and they will produce your line as a sub-brand. You can try to find a private investor as well
