Really confused about my AdSense account

Hi everyone,

So few years ago, I applied for a hosted AdSense account through my YouTube channel and got approved. After that i remember i was not able to use ads on any of my website after i got disapproved every time . When i log in to my AdSense account i was always finding it written in red that it is a "HOSTED ACCOUNT".

So today and after few years, i opened my account again but i couldn't find anything showing that it is a hosted AdSense account.

I'm really confused now about it.
