Realization - Yeah im pretty wasted.

You will go through life and realize that you can countr "true" friends on one hand. As time goes on things change...People change. There are a lot of fake people out there I have experienced this myself. My advice is be the change you want to see. Be sincere person with good intentions and you will see more people like that in your life.

I tell you what. I was one of these guys who would do anything for their friends. For me, my friends were one of the most - if not THE most - important thing in my life. I was "in it" that much that I didn't realize that I was being abused all the time. As long as they get what THEY want, they are cool with you. This can be your money, your house (abused for partys), your contacts (ripped off of you), your knowledge... whatever it is. And when it comes to the point where you no longer provide them with such, you will see the real face of these so called "friends" for whom you would actually put your hand into fire. All this happened to me. People started to turn away when they noticed that I had realized what really was going on. Look at that: They were saying things like Ey bro, we love you... Bro you are the best... and when everything is over, they won't even greet you in the streets and act like they never knew you.

My advice is:

- Do not get your hands dirty for anyone. Never ever. Do not even think about it. Let it be a male or female, no matter.
- Never trust someone too fast. In fact, you should never really trust someone to the maximum. Why? Because these people are trained to get you to that certain level (they prepare you by telling you that they love you and such) and after they gain your trust, they will start eating your soul. They will take everything from you!
- The day will come when you really need help of one of your friends. Pay close attention: Do they come with excuses (bro, I can't, have no time...) or do they really do their best to help you out of that situation? This is a super easy way to filter out the bad friends.

My final words are:

You will never be able to make everyone happy. If you have 30 "friends", there will always be a few who don't agree with what you do. Besides this you can never take care of such high amount of "friends".
Get your self 1 (one, yes!! one) or 2 real friends. Friends who really care for who you are.
Perhaps one of your childhood who really knows you? Look around for that.

People leave your life for a reason. There's a reason why they are no longer there.
Believe in yourself. Everything will turn out good! Stay tough!

I had many leecher friends and I never realized this till someone put it all into perspective for me.

- Do your friends ever reciprocate?
- Do you do a shit load of crap for your friends IE offer your knowledge / time? Do they contribute at all ? What do you get out of the relationship?

Dude it's hard to let go but trust me, leechers are only going to bring you down and waste your precious time. We only have a finite amount of time on this rock so why waste it?

Your wasted threads are better than other sober threads. :)

Cheers
Mike

Bro, we talked before and I told you the best advice towards this problem. thing is we were both drunk and we both forgot what that was.

Anyway, told you before: an emancipated and clever person, knows how to handle and talk with both small and big people. Also, I think you unfortunately didn't found few BEST friends. Or at least, you never proved someone that he is for you, your best friend, without pushing it into his face.
