few networks accept directly(adcash,yeessshh) but your not getting good calls your expecting, my suggestion try google and bing with cloaking, they have good traffic with quality calls with good ROI.

everytime that i bought traffic i got not quality traffic, for me is better to invest in adwords or facebook ads
