Instagram doesn't allow to give link in profile and link comment on comment section. I want to get traffic from Instagram, so, how can I get Traffic From Instagram ?

You have to make your pictures or whatever else very appealing to get people to click your link on Instagram as they are on phones. Its not just post a link and comment to check out your link via profile, its more like you need something soo damn good they go and click your link to check out more.
I agree. Make sure you also have a responsive website and read a few psychology books to help you learn what makes people "tick". In this case, click on bio link.
