Real state online portal

Hello friends

Is there any course or free information on how to create a local portal so that people can advertise for buying / selling apartments, cars, trucks and how to monetize it, get customers and etc...

I only find courses and information about directories but this is obsolete, I want one where the advertiser has access to the platform.
