Howdy guys! So I am currently looking into "premium" links and I have the option to get links that have high page rank or I could pick pages that have high ranking on Google, but a little lower page rank.

I intuition, especially with the latest updates, a link from a high ranking page is more powerful than a link from a high page rank page, because a high ranking page is considered important by google, so likewise would any links mentioned on that page!

Feedback?

neumerical weighting to each element of a hyperlinked is estimated by web browser network..using the high ranking page increasing the validity...by link from a high ranking page making your work load easy....greetings

High ranking page is better. Anyone can get PR on their website or domain. If your link is on a higher ranking site that Google already "trusts" so to say, your link will look a lot better on it.

does it not depend what they are ranking highly for though?

I mean, a site with low pr could rank highly with long tail keywords yet the high pr ranks highly with the main keyword?
