Anyone know a website or anywhere I can get REAL temporary SIM cards for receiving sms with OTP. I want real ones and not virtual since almost every provider you can find online have virtual numbers.

Hi, you could check if there's a black market or something similar near you; in every major city, they sell those SIM cards at certain places. I bought several once, for example, in Vienna.
 
Try checking black marketplaces in your city/country first. It’s usually pretty easy to find SIMs from different countries if you dig around a bit. Just grab a cheap phone to keep them active and done.
 
If you really need real Sims, best bet would be to contact some people on Philippines travel forums or groups and ask them to bring a few if they live near you. They're cheap and easy to get there.
 
I'm not sure if you can find something like that on the Want to Buy section here.
I saw a few ones on Ebay before while checking Asia SIMs so there's that.

There are plenty of services on the forum, if you don't find anything that fits you, then try using them for a referral.
 
Real PH sims aren’t really a scalable online thing - locals buy them in sari-sari shops with zero KYC, that’s why you don’t see legit “stores” shipping them abroad. Anything sold as “temporary PH sim online” is almost always VoIP or recycled gateway numbers even if they claim otherwise.

If you need real carrier routing your only clean options are boots-on-ground sourcing via someone in PH or running a small farm with cheap Androids to keep sims alive - otherwise expect OTP fails + instant bans sooner or later.
 
If you need physical delivery it's gonna get complicated. Post on the want to buy section and target Philipines explicitly
 
If you need it mainly for verification, make sure the plan includes text messages and check if the provider allows OTPs.
