Real or Virtual Credit Card?

Hi there,
I have a Paypal (not activated with a credit card or bank account), I get paid through it every month, I buy some stuff with it. And I have a Paysera account.

I need a credit card to use Bing ads, Google ads, activate my Paypal, and be able to transfer funds to other Paypal accounts.

My question is: do I have to order a credit card from Paysera or just buy a virtual credit card.

Problem with VCCs is that they may not work in some cases - not always platforms accept them. I have Paysera's account myself but unfortunately can't comment on their virtual cards because I'm using only a real-plastic one.

Do you have Revolut? I had a Paypal account with Revolut's VCC linked to it and it worked well.

Can you give more info? Is the VCC free? any fees?....
