Real or Not..?

Everyday I spend hours to go through Flippa listing some people might find it boring but for me its definitely something interesting. I always want to have discussion with someone and analyze various aspects. So that motivated to start this thread. For me it will definitely help me to gain more information and will be a learning process. For today I am going to post 2 interesting websites and like to have your views about it.

The flippa clone doesnt look that impressive...as the name suggest they are piggy backing off of the flippa name.

The web design/hosting site looks pretty nice and the current price is fair - I am looking at putting my bid in soon

ya Flippmy I dunno what the guy is talking about its just a normal domain with 0 appraisal value you can check it on valuate. He currently removed the BIN otherwise it was $80,000 and I was like he cant be serious.
The second website I am not sure the due diligence data doesn't look that impressive to me although its PR-3. Maybe in long term you can get it ranked but why are you willing to pay more than $1,150. What positive points do you see..?

I only had time to look at the PR3 domain. It was purchased Feb 2012 (6 months ago) after sitting on domain parked and auction sites for 3 years.

The 9900 searches per month are broad match and any time you have words like small business expect it to be high. Phrase match which is what you should be looking at for search volume is only 170 searches per month. Competition is high but if you get to #1 spot expect about 70 visitors a month.

The website in its current form was established less than 6 months ago. No records in archive.org's wayback machine because there wasn't a website on this domain for years.

PR3 is valid and coming from the seller's other property here:

Check the link at the very bottom - understand because this is the seller's property that most likely he'll remove that link once the domain sells and PR will drop to 0. Nothing except the seller's property is supporting the PR3.

This listing is like most on Flippa. Some are better at dishing out the BS than others but more than 80% are scams. This website isn't worth more than the domain registration if you're looking at an investment. This seller is good at fooling noobs and taking money. Nothing in serious research represents value with this domain or website.

Well that's definitely in depth and expert opinion. My first opinion was also similar if only PR matters you do some hardwork and find some expiring domain for $10-$20. Other than that there's not much in it I guess its professional designed to deceive people but at the end of the day what you are going to get is domain and template which you can modify, no traffic nothing.
