Real Facebook page follower

Hi everyone!
I've noticed lately that i've been following pages on facebook which i clearly know that i did not follow.
What does that mean?

Is my Facebook account hacked and i am so called "Real follower" which people buy from SMM panels ?

or

Is it some kind of URL hack that triggers a page follow action without me knowing it ?

Any ideas ?

Maybe those are just old pages that changed their names, heappens a lot.

Sometimes if you give permission to certain apps they can 'like' stuff on your behalf.

I once used a free likes app, where you did surveys or shared things on your facebook for 'points'. You could then spend these points on likes for your posts. These likes came from real people like me who were using the app and accounts were being used. It was fine until I realised my friends could see whta I was liking, and some of it was weird af.

So yeah, maybe go through the apps you have given permissions to.
