I have a construction company based in Los Angeles, CA. The company is currently running on autopilot after 5 years of hard work. I currently have the time and energy to invest in a new business. My questions is how is wholesaling these days? Is it worth getting in or not due to its saturation? Is it better for me to learn locally here in LA or work virtually with a good mentor? I am open to all possibilities as long as I find that good mentor who has the time for some 1 on 1 and will be able to show me all phases and the art of being successful. This mentor will not be disappointed with my efforts as I am looking to build a 6 figure business within the first year. I have access to VAs and other tools that should speed up the process.
