Real Estate site

Hi BHW friends!

I am planning to start a white hat real estate blog, but I have the following problem: It seems to be hard to put out content about houses etc. regulary. On technorati e. g. there isnt any popular real estate blog. Overall its hard to find content at all.

The big real estate sites have almost no content, so I think it could be possible to compete with them if I produce regulary content.

Please disagree if you think otherwise, but in my opinion its their main weakness and could be our main advantage.

You are right! They have no content for the consumer. But what they do have is a lots of links. Just do a search for mortgages and a lot of sites come out but the top, is a site that gives widgets to realtor's to put on their sites. This site has millions (literally) of inbound links. Try to beat them!

There's lots of ways to create new content when it comes to a real estate blog.

Start locally and scrape yellowpages for real estate agents, then create a small local directory.
