Real estate site help, need some brainstorming!

You are going into a very competitive market. Why bother? Obviously in it for the money so why not find another niche that can be just as lucrative without the headaches?I

I dont want to rain on your parade but real estate agents everywhere are bombarded with offers after offers of the latest greatest lead generation website, and tools they just have to have. Most real estate agents are already tapped out financially. It's really a cut throat indsutry.

Id do lead gen for something else, because that's where you can make the real bucks.

Because I see a hole I can fill. No turning back now. Have about 50 pages of content, some articles 2000+ words in length.

To Keep the Realtors honest you can pay a Real Estate lawyer to write a contract for you and have the realtors sign it.It only cost me $200.I use to help realtors find buyers and sellers.They take those contracts seriously.

How would I even find out though? Or would a realtor just not mess with it in fear of getting sued?

You're almost a decade behind. I would start over with a new niche/idea, something that you're experienced in.
