Real Estate overloaded?

I checked for a new niche, do you think that the Real Estate is overloaded?

Depends on what your trying to do? If your trying to sell ebooks of course not, because there are many IM products coming out left and right and I don't see a lot of REI or Network Marketing products coming out

Which are huge markets that no one is filling, and for the doubters out there that say Real Estate is dead due to the economy, check out the forum below, it is pretty active with REI success stories.
