Real Estate Membership Site *Help*

Does anyone know what software or wordpress setup I would use to host a commercial real estate listing website? I want to be able to charge the agents who list properties while allowing buyers to browse for free.

I found a couple wordpress plugins but I am not sure if they are 100% what I am looking for.

So there is nothing special about a real estate site. From a coding perspective it is just a listing of items that are organized in a way any other item would be organized in (doesn't matter if it is houses or apples). My suggestion would be to check out Elegant Themes and before purchasing a membership there go ahead and check out out their real estate theme. They have a really good one if not then check out Themeforest.com and there you would find ton of professional themes that are maintained and updated constantly. once you have this the next thing would be to enter your data there and that should be easily done because you would have all the setup needed.
