What exactly do you mean? Also, don't rush - put in the effort to create something worthwhile or your project won't go anywhere.

But you can create a membership that allows people to list their homes (for real estate agents - not for buyers) and then let real estate agents bid on the listings to get 3-6 months of exclusive rights to sell that property.

So maybe someone bids $500 to get exclusive rights to sell a property ... you take 10% ... and the customer gets $450... and the real estate agent gets to sell the house without needing to worry about other real estate agents trying to sell the same property ... allowing them to put more energy/resources into selling the property.

That’s an interesting concept. I like it. What I was looking for more is a subscription type base for my social media pages. Kinda like a landing page and people just buy my product. Any suggestions on that?

Yes.... simple. Find out who you want serve. Find out what problems they have. Then create a solution that you can charge a subscription fee to offer them.

I don't know who you want to serve or their problems so I can't help you with that.

Just go to themeforest.net and type subscription and filter results by wordpress.

Then hire someone on fiverr or BHW to customize the theme and integrate paypal/stripe into the checkout.

You have many options to look at.

Ghost CMS - I use this for a blog of mine and it's real nice for restricting content to members who pay for a subscription. Real simple, easy to use, and has the features you need to get a member site up and running quickly, but it's limited in features if you want more than just a blog.

If you want to go the WordPress route then try one of the following:

Memberpress - This is a complete package and has everything you'll need.

Restrict Content Pro - Nice if you just want to strict content to certain membership levels. There are a lot of additional compatible plugins you can bolt on as you need them.

LearnDash - This is great if you want to create an online course website, which sounds like you want to do? LD also has a bunch of add-ons you can use.

As others have mentioned, you can head over to Themeforest and find a premade solution there. Just be careful because, some of those solutions tie you into their product and will make it very hard to change.

WordPress has A LOT of options to build membership sites, too many options to the point where you might get stuck in paralysis by analysis. My recommendation is to keep it simple and focus on what you want to achieve.

If you plan on creating this website yourself and not hire somebody, then before you spend any money, head over to the Download Request section and make a request for an item and myself or another member should be able to provide you with the necessary plugins and themes for you to test out and try before buying a license to anything.
