Real Estate Link Building Methods

Hi Everyone,

I have been working in a real estate industry for quite some time now but every time i feel very congested when it comes to rank keywords for real estate and i mean only through white hat SEO. I m in a region where there are no sources like articles websites, PRs, forums or even guest blogging and it becomes too difficult to come up with the ideas or go outside of the box for ranking your website among search engines.

I would like to know if anyone here working in a real estate industry and have ideas to build legitimate links and got good results, please share with me.

Well i suppose looking for LSI keywords would be an option.

When people are looking for real estate i take it you mean residential?

You could write topics on loans, home furnishings, tips on investing, what to look out for when buying a home, how to deal with buying a damaged home.

These also then grow onto new topics themselves.

Yes either as guest posting, or as content for your own site.

Think what people would need when buying real estate then reach out to people who offer them services and offer link exchange for articles or offer to write an article for them.

Alright, any other ideas which is actually new especially in terms of new resource other than guest blogging?
 
houzz has a very low threshold to publish links, that would work for your niche
 
The appropriate thing to do is to buy quality domains and build your own blog network.

This way you can rank your site in any country and keyword so long as you have the budget and expertise to correctly apply it.

Most of the links I have come across are exposed, abused or saturated or a combination of all 3. I advice you stay away from such services unless if your site is a throwaway site.

When you say "partner Links" , home inspectors, lawyers etc etc etc

I find they are hesitant to perhaps my approach is wrong
